I have been 2 weeks and a half now without drinking and I feel incredible.
To begin with, I sleep more and feel more relaxed. My levels of energy are higher and I feel healthy. I think everybody should give up drinking for a month and see how much difference it can make in their lives. I am wondering if I will ever want to drink again after this.
